Vernal schedules early voting schedule

09/02/09 Public notice was released that Vernal City will conduct early voting for the 2009 municipal primary election in the Vernal City offices located at 447 East Main. Early voting opportunities allow for any city resident to vote in the Sept. Primary Election at a time convenient for the voter prior to the election day.
