Edmunds, Baldetti return to state golf tournament

05/31/11 With a crowded regular season behind them, Skaneateles golfers Jeff Baldetti and Eric Edumnds took dead aim at earning New York State Public High School Athletic Association tournament bids in the Section III championships at Colgate University's Seven Oaks course.

In the first round on Thursday, Edmunds shot a 76, sliding into third place behind New Hartford's Derek Bard (72) and Remsen's Keith Smith (73). Baldetti shot a 78 to tie for sixth place, also advancing to the final round.
