His son, Jason, started the round four strokes back and very much in the hunt, and Paul obviously wanted to lend his support for a potential final-day run, so he caddied for Jason.
06/30/11 FITCHBURG - Kyle Gallo won the 102nd Massachusetts Open by one shot and one letter. And probably one foot. Gallo edged Michael Ballo by not losing his cool when he stumbled on the back nine and shooting a final-round 69 yesterday at Oak Hill Country Club to finish with a 54-hole total of 5-under 205. Ballo also closed with a 69.
