Elsie M. Bowers

10/07/10 Elsie M. Bowers, 87, a long-time North Central Washington resident and a Chelan resident for the past five years, died Monday, October 4, 2010, at her home. She was born November 7, 1922, at Prosser, the daughter of Oscar and Neva (Wright) Cox. The family later moved to Bridgeport, where Elsie graduated from high school.
