07/16/11 LITTLE ELM - The Town of Little Elm was influential in changing a portion of a Texas Senate bill from the 82nd Texas Legislature that would have prevented cities from hiring juvenile case workers, allowing only counties to do so, effectively eliminating teen courts across the state.
