12/19/09 Florida A&M's Leroy Vann returned a punt 81 yards for a first-quarter touchdown to highlight the East's 26-21 win over the West in the inaugural HBCU Bowl all-star game Saturday. Vann, who returned five punts for touchdowns this season, won the game's most valuable player honors. West quarterback Tim Buckley of Alcorn State had two touchdowns passing.
