07/18/11 Dr. Stephen W. Askins told members and guests at a July 15 meeting of the Lake City Rotary Club that Medicaid cuts will cause the hospital to lose more than $350,000 a year. The hospital has already lost $1.8 million dollars from the state as a result of funding cuts to rural hospitals across the state.
