05/26/11 Born Oct. 23, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Charles Walker Post and Beatrice May Jennings (Cederholm). She is survived by two sons, Jeffrey Lewis (Gerri) Plain of Birmingham, Ala., and David Walter ( Sue Ann ) Plain of Canaan; two brothers, Richard J. Post of Paterson, N.J., and Warren Cederholm of Philadelphia, Pa.; four grandchildren; and several nephews.

He later moved with his family to Bridgeport, and graduated from Unquowa School in Fairfield, 1945; Kent School , 1948; Yale University , 1952, and Harvard Law School, 1955. He married Judy Simkins on April 26, 1957, and moved to Fairfield in 1960.

03/21/11 Robert "Bobby" Kasper Jr., 34, died March 18 in Barton County. Born Oct. 16, 1976, in Wichita, he was the son of Robert Wayne and Peggy (Lietzke) Kasper Sr. A resident of Great Bend since 1980, coming from El Dorado, he was a truck driver for Sioux Tank Service.
03/19/11 Carl Eugene Adams, 50, Dora-Timblin Road, Punxsutawney, died Thursday at Montefiore Hospital in Pittsburgh. Born Oct. 21, 1960, in Brookville, he was a son of Joseph Jr. and Evelyn Marie Dinger Adams of Timblin. They survive. He was married to Marcie Jo Ross June 30, 1990. She survives.
