07/14/11 Wisconsin's largest teachers union endorses performance pay The Milwaukee Teachers Education Association (MTEA) has a contract in place, but a lot of districts don't. This contract gives most districts more flexibility in how they balance their school budgets and reward teachers. One thing districts are looking for is performance pay.
