07/17/11 SHREVEPORT, La.---Mike Massaro's two-out, two-strike RBI single in the top of the ninth gave Gary SouthShore the winning run as Shreveport-Bossier was defeated 5-4 and the RailCats completed a three game sweep of the Captains at Fair Grounds Field Sunday evening.

RailCats' Shaw Throws Three-Hit Shutout as Captains Lose 9-0

07/16/11 SHREVEPORT, La.---Shreveport-Bossier was shutout for the fourth time in six games as Gary SouthShore's Scott Shaw (7-3) threw a three-hit shutout and the RailCats blanked the Captains 9-0 at Fair Grounds Field Saturday night. Shaw struck out a season-high 11 and walked one.
