Man pleads guilty to fleeing police

06/10/11 A Richmond man who fled from police and eventually crashed a vehicle into a wall at a local car dealership pleaded guilty last week in Madison Circuit Court. Sammy J. Ratliff, 19, was arrested Jan. 17 for fleeing from a Richmond police officer who was trying to stop him for a traffic violation on Big Hill Avenue.

Woman dies in Sunday crash

07/05/11 A Richmond woman, Denise LaDuke, 30, died in a single-vehicle accident on Big Hill Avenue just south of the intersection with Boggs Lane around 10:30 p.m. Sunday.
