03/31/11 March 21 , 7:09 a.m., Daniel Green, 48 , of 45 Glen St., arrested on chares of assault and battery. 11:38a.m., Jorge Ferraz, 78 , of 65 Concord St., arrested on chares of assault and battery and assault and battery on a person over 60. 4:21 p.m., Robert Silva, 53 , of 55 Springfield St., arrested on a warrant for assault and battery.
