Mr. Keen was known primarily as a musical director for A Contemporary Theatre (ACT) and the Seattle Repertory Theatre, but had a long and storied career that included playing in the first Broadway production of "West Side Story," at the Seattle World's Fair and starting the jazz program at Cornish College.
