Teenager suffers broken back in crash

06/25/11 OKANOGAN - A Lynnwood teenager suffered a broken back when the car in which she was riding left U.S. Highway 97 and hit a culvert June 24. Kaylee Layird, 18, was taken by LifeLine Ambulance to Mid-Valley Hospital, Omak, the Washington State Patrol said.
