High school cross country: Aberdeen Christian wins region championship

10/14/10 WEBSTER - Two weeks after winning its first-ever cross country meet, Aberdeen Christian captured a region championship on Wednesday. The Knights won the Region 1B boys' crown, edging Frederick by three points. Ipswich won the girls' team title by three points over Warner.
