DivcoWest Buys Stake in Office Park

07/14/11 MENLO PARK, CA- DivcoWest , a privately-owned real estate investment firm with offices in San Francisco and Boston, has purchased an interest in the Quadrus Office Campus, a 20-acre project located at 2400-2498 Sand Hill Rd. in Menlo Park, CA from the Henry J Kaiser Family Foundation . DivcoWest tells GlobeSt.com that it cannot disclose the purchase price or a stake breakout at this time.
