    Butterflies: Jewels of the summer sun

    07/07/11 Creatures of sunlight and warmth, butterflies are one of the signature delights of July. On a visit to Eastern Washington over the Fourth of July weekend, during a nice, hot hike up Cowiche Mountain at the Snow Mountain Ranch, butterflies were constant companions on the trail.
