10/04/09 GRAND COULEE - Grand Coulee Dam Visitor Center began its winter hours of operation, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, on Oct. 1. The center will be open daily throughout the winter except for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's days.
