04/08/11 WILBUR, Wash. - The Keller Ferry on SR 21 is out of service due to problems with the loading dock and ramp on the north shore of the ferry route. The problem is expected to persist through the weekend. Washington State Department of Transportation crews are working on the issue and hope to have the problem fixed by early next week.
