Rendell releases files years before predecessors

06/25/11 HARRISBURG -- Ed Rendell finished his eight years as governor in January, and even though he's gone, the gregarious, attention-loving Philadelphia politician is making sure he's not forgotten. He has just handed over 300 big boxes of correspondence -- crammed with 750,000 pages of letters, notes, daily schedules, directives and speeches from his eight years in office.
