Fall River event will connect homeless people with services

07/18/11 Needy people are scattered throughout the region, so those dedicated to helping are gathering together to lend a hand. Project Homeless Connect will hold a help fair on Aug. 12 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Bristol Community College, 777 Elsbree St.
