Prisoner shot & killed in WA corrections center

06/29/11 CLALLAM BAY, Wash. -- An inmate was killed during a shooting at the Clallam Bay Corrections Center Wednesday morning, the Washington State Patrol confirmed. The prison is secure and there is no threat to the public, said jail spokesman Chad Lewis. Killer injures 3 prison officers at Clallam Bay
