Hernandez, 23, 6 Caltha Road, Brighton, was issued a summons Friday at 8:43 p.m. on charges of driving after license suspension (subsequent offense), driving uninsured, driving with a revoked registration and equipment violation. Officer Shawn Eaton issued the summons on Doe Run Drive.
