05/24/11 Josephine F. Regan, 94, of Cashmere, WA, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2011. She was born on January 9, 1917, at Vanguard, Saskatchewan, Canada to John and Florence (Davie) Regan. The eldest of seven children, she came to Wenatchee with her family in 1920, and to Cashmere in 1932.
