09/18/09 A bell rang nine times and then, after a pause, sounded 11 additional times as light drizzle fell last Friday at 8:48 a.m. at the New Milford 9/11 Memorial as firemen, municipal officials and local residents observed the eighth anniversary of the terrorism that killed nearly 3,000 people.
