02/09/10 OLYMPIA, Wash.----Megan Johnson, 18, of Federal Way and Tucker Alexander, 11, of Bremerton today were named Washington's top two youth volunteers for 2010 by The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards, a nationwide program honoring young people for outstanding acts of volunteerism.
