Traffic jams Des Plaines casino opening

07/18/11 Cars are backed up all along the newly widened Des Plaines River Road and Devon Avenue Monday afternoon and police are attempting to unsnarl the traffic jam around the new Rivers Casino, which opened this morning to a flood of gamblers.
