    06/19/11 Q. I have an investigative question for you. I live on Caseyville Avenue in Swansea and every day, Monday through Friday, these two SCT vans drive back and forth all day. Their destination is the Specialized Living Center and then they backtrack out 17th Street and seem to disappear. You very seldom see anyone riding these vans. Seems like a waste of money.
