    Passenger volume down at Richmond airport

    01/25/10 A soft economy means fewer people are flying, which translated to a 5.3 percent drop in yearly passenger traffic at Richmond International Airport, the Capital Region Airport Commission reported. The number of passengers traveling through the airport last year declined to 3.3 million from just under 3.5 million in 2008, the commission said.
