Hearing set about ACC annexation

10/05/10 Judge Reva Towslee-Corbett will hear arguments Oct. 13 at 9 a.m. in the 335th District Court in Bastrop, TX, 804 Pecan St., in the lawsuit to remove a measure from the November ballot in regard to an Austin Community College annexation.
