Other news01/06/11 Longtime Oak Park resident Yvonne Edwards loves finance and math. That's one reason she was intrigued by Japanese arts, particularly the art of paper folding known as origami. At 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 13, Edwards will offer a free introductory class in origami at the Oak Park Public Library, 834 Lake St. Materials are free and Japanese-style refreshments will be served.
