Operators say marijuana dispensary doesn't have to be adversarial

07/13/11 NEEDLES - Mojave Desert Wellness Cooperative Inc., Services opened their doors to the public July 2 at 300 J St., at the corner of Third Street. The cooperative is a medical marijuana dispensary and opened days after Needles City Council approved an ordinance banning dispensaries.
