    Former DHS office home to new agencies

    07/08/11 New tenants have taken up residence in the building that used to house the Plymouth County Department of Human Services (DHS) office. That county-owned building, at 19 Second Ave. N.W., in Le Mars, is now called the Second Avenue Services Building.
