08/14/09 CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio (AP) - A judge has decided not to send an Ohio man to prison for shooting at a small tractor doing some mowing along his property. Fifty-3-year-old Randall Turner had faced up to eight years in prison on his guilty plea to felonious assault.
