    10/22/09 Richmond police arrested five people Tuesday on methamphetamine manufacturing charges after investigating a report of a suspicious vehicle on Sizemore Drive.Officers responded to a report just before midnight Monday of a suspicious vehicle parked in the 700 block of Sizemore Drive and found three people, all Berea residents, said Sgt. Willard Reardon, Richmond Police Department spokesman.

    Murder defendant charged in threatening case

    10/22/09 A Berea man facing a March 2010 murder trial in connection with an alleged drunken-driving accident has been charged with terroristic threatening in a new incident.Elmer Ray French, 71, of the 200 block of E. Haiti Road, was summoned Sept. 8 for third-degree terroristic threatening in connection with a Sept. 3 altercation, court records show.
