    02/18/10 A Roosevelt police officer remains on administrative leave after shooting and killing a burglary suspect Wednesday. Police still don't know why someone who would have been busted on a fairly minor offense would turn that into a life and death situation. Detectives say the suspect, Gary Wheeler, stole a pick-up truck and then broke into a Big O Tires store.
