07/07/11 NEW YORK -- Kohlberg Capital Corporation announced today it purchased $11.3 million of senior subordinated notes with the proceeds used by DC Capital Partners, LLC to finance in part the acquisition of Sallyport Global Holdings, Inc. .

Ocean West Capital Partners Buys 2600 Michelson Tower

07/11/11 IRVINE, CA-Santa Monica-based Ocean West Capital Partners has purchased 2600 Michelson, a 308,000-square-foot office tower off Jamboree Road near John Wayne Airport in Irvine for little above $70 million or about $330 per square foot.
