 12/01/09 A business controlled by Summer Street Capital Partners has acquired a Phoenix-based heating, refrigeration and air conditioning training school as the Buffalo private-equity firm continues its push into the career school industry.
 11/30/09 PHARR - Customs officers nabbed a fugitive at the Pharr International Bridge. Richard Harris of McQueeney, Texas is being held at the Pharr Police Department. The 28-year-old was caught trying to cross into the U.S. Harris is wanted by the Comal County Sheriff's Office on a charge of aggravated assault of a deadly weapon. He'll be extradited back to New Braunfels.
