 01/01/10 During the first week of May a crew from Morgan Electric was removing a light pole on the northeast corner or visitors' side of the Little Elm Athletic Complex on East Eldorado Parkway. The pole came loose from the cable and fell to the ground. Fortunately no one was injured.
 12/30/09 The Little Elm Town Council began 2009 with hearing final recommendations from the Citizens Bond Committee for 2009-2014. The committee recommended almost a $19 million bond package to fund 11 projects. The first project includes a $6 million police facility and a $2.6 million fire facility.
