Suspect in hitchhiker slaying returns to Wyoming

05/06/10 ROCK SPRINGS - A man accused of lying to authorities who were investigating the slaying of a Colorado hitchhiker has been returned to Wyoming. The Sweetwater County Sheriff's Department says 38-year-old Tommy Joe Bowman was extradited to Rock Springs from California Thursday.
