    Thunderstorm watch upgraded to warning; rain flooding roads

    05/13/11 Heavy rain caused some access roads to Interstate 35 to be closed in Belton on Wednesday evening. The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning in several north Texas counties to include Bell, Burnet, Coryell, Falls Lampasas, McLennan and Williamson counties.
