07/13/11 United Way needs more help for annual Day of Caring August 18 SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- The United Way of the Ozarks' Day of Caring is still looking for companies, organizations and individuals to participate in its annual Day of Caring volunteer event August 18. Last year, 86 companies contributed 1,800 volunteers to complete 160 projects throughout the area.
