03/25/11 After spending more than an hour treading familiar ground in discussing the proposed Arts, Culture and Entertainment District, the Baytown City Council voted to create the district, which has been discussed for years.

City Council to take first step in re-districting

03/24/11 Several planning and zoning issues are facing the Baytown City Council at its meeting tonight, as well as two construction projects and a step toward re-districting to adjust City Council districts in light of new census information. Much of the meeting, though, will be devoted to recognitions and proclamations.
