01/20/10 A section of 11th Street from Cypress to Cedar will be closed off all day on Feb. 6 for the 7th Annual Cajun Cowboy Gumbo Cook-off. This event, hosted by the 11th Street Cowboy Bar, is held in conjunction with Cowboy Mardi Gras.
