08/29/09 Over decades, storms both meteorological and economic have washed over the congregations of some Miami-Dade synagogues. ``Since Hurricane Andrew, there's been a change in the demographics of the Jewish community here,'' said Dani Einsohn, executive director of the new Bet Breira Samu-El Or Olom congregation in Kendall. ``A lot of people moved away to Weston and Boca since then.''
