Highway 31 blocked in Axtell until 8 p.m. Saturday

10/09/10 Travelers on Highway 31 in Axtell were detoured Saturday. The Texas Department of Transportation blocked the westbound lane of Highway 31 at Whiskey Hill Rd. after some farm equipment caught on fire.
