Polling places for state constitutional amendments election

10/31/09 The Texas Constitutional Amendments election is Tuesday. Eleven propositions are on the ballot, including one reaffirming the right of the public to access and use Texas beaches. All polling places are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
