07/05/11 It was an unending series of storms in the spring that drenched all of West Central Ohio. Those storms caused a major delay in planting corn for 2011. We found Celina farmer, Dennis Howick, starting to plow his fields back on June 2nd, just before the deadline for crop insurance.
