12/11/09 GAYLORD - A 33-year-old Gaylord man was arrested by police Dec. 2, 2009 in Gaylord for not registering in Minnesota as a sex offender, according to court documents. Romeo Alba, who lived at 355 2nd St. W. in Gaylord was convicted of a sex offense in the State of Texas that required registration as a sex offender under Minnesota law, according to the complaint.
