Preliminary values hint at increase

05/06/11 Preliminary tax rolls show Denton County property to be worth nearly 3 percent more than the preliminary numbers from 2010. Denton Central Appraisal District officials say the increase is due to new growth, with the bulk of it from apartment developments.
